A special prayer station has been set up in Manchester Cathedral to remember those devastated by the French Alps Plane Crash.

A special prayer station has been set up in Manchester Cathedral to remember those devastated by the French Alps Plane Crash.  Members of the public are invited to say a prayer and light a candle.

God our creator, hear us as we pray for those who have died in this disaster especially Marina Bandres Lopez-Beliobe and her seven month old son, Julian from our own community here in Manchester.
Be with those who in this time of pain are providing care and turn
our eyes to your mercy in this time of confusion and loss. Comfort those who mourn the
loss of loved ones because of this disaster. Shine your light on those whose only
companion is darkness. Through your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
